What this page cannot see
Time spent with Claude. The only Claude fact in git is the
Co-Authored-By trailer — a commit either carries it or it does not. So this page
counts co-signed commits and claims nothing about sessions, hours or who typed what. Transcripts

Thinking. Reading, debugging, a design that was tried and thrown away, an afternoon
spent understanding a problem — none of it commits, and all of it counts. A cold pan is a
quiet log, not a lazy week.
Where anyone actually is. The timetable says where a cook is expected to be,
and that is all it says. Nobody is tracked, nothing is reported by a device, and a declared
window is only worth the audit printed beneath it.
Work outside this repo. School itself, the phone builds, anything on a branch that
has not landed. A quiet window means no commits arrived, never that no work happened —
a whole school day of thinking lands here as a flat line.
Whether any of it was good. A commit is an event, not a verdict. Nothing on this page
grades quality, and the counts should never be read as a race between two people.
